QUICK FUDGE FROSTED CAKE 
1 (2 layer size) pkg. yellow, white or devil's food cake mix
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. chocolate flavored fudge chips
1/2-2/3 c. chopped nuts

Prepare cake mix as directed on package baking in 1 (13"x9") pan. Remove cake from oven; quickly and evenly sprinkle with chips. Let stand for 1 few minutes to melt chips; then spread over cake. Sprinkle with nuts. Serve warm.

NOTE: Cake may stand at room temperature 2 hours before topping sets. If topping sets, place cake in warm oven for 10 minutes to soften.
