WATERMELON SORBET 
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1/2 seedless watermelon

Cut and cube watermelon, freeze for 1 hour.

Meanwhile, boil water and add sugar. Stir until dissolved, let cool to room temperature. Add sugar water and watermelon chunks to blender. Blend until smooth.

Pour into a container and freeze overnight.
