BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 boxes chopped broccoli
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 eggs, well beaten
1 med. onion, chopped
Salt & pepper
1/2 stick butter
Cream of mushroom soup
1/2 bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing

Cook broccoli and drain. Beat eggs, add soup, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, chopped onions, then add broccoli and put in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Melt butter, add to stuffing and pour on top of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
