BROCCOLI CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 can cream style corn
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. herb flavored stuffing mix

Drain broccoli well. Mix together broccoli, corn, egg, onion, salt and pepper. Add butter to stuffing and mix. Reserve 1/2 cup crumbs for topping and fold the remaining stuffing into the broccoli mixture. Place in greased casserole and top with crumbs. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes.

Makes 4 to 5 servings.
