BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli
2 eggs
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. onion, cut up fine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. stuffing crumbs (cornbread)
1 stick butter

Cook broccoli as directed - drain and place in greased dish. Mix soup, eggs, mayonnaise and onion. Put on top of broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese. Place bread crumbs on top. Melt butter and pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
