BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli, chopped or spears
2 eggs, beaten
1 onion, chopped fine
1 can golden mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayo
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
1 pkg. stuffing mix

Cook broccoli. Combine eggs, onion, soup and mayo. Place layer of broccoli in 2 quart casserole. Add layer of cheese. Pour small amount of sauce on top. Repeat layers. Top with stuffing mix and sprinkle butter on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
