BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli spears or pieces (cooked and drained)
1 can golden mushroom soup (undiluted)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 oz. chopped pimientos
1 c. crushed cheese nip crackers
1/4 c. chopped almonds

Arrange broccoli in buttered casserole. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and cheese. Spoon over broccoli. Top with mixture of pimento, cheese crackers and almonds. Bake 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
