LINDA'S BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
1/2 c. milk
1 can golden mushroom soup
1/2 c. butter
1 can reg. mushroom soup
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. minute rice
1 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 c. Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter

Be sure broccoli is thawed and slightly cooked. Mix all ingredients and pour into greased casserole dish.

Make Topping: Crush enough Ritz crackers to make 2 cups. Melt 1/2 stick butter. Add 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Mix butter and crumbs and sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
