HAM AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 c. chopped, cooked ham
1 can mushroom soup (not golden)
1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Bread crumbs
2 c. rice, cooked
1 soup can milk
3 tbsp. finely chopped green onion
1 pkg. broccoli spears, cooked slightly and cut up

Mix ham, cooked rice, soup, milk, onion, and cheese together. Put layer of ham mixture in a 9 x 13 inch casserole pan. Then add a layer of broccoli, then another layer of the ham and rice mixture. Cover with bread crumbs. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Can use Kellogg's bread croutons and use a rolling pin to break up.
