CHICKEN & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken
Lawry's seasoning salt
1 pkg. stuffing mix
1 lg. pkg. frozen broccoli pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can evaporated milk
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Dry bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese

Season whole chicken with Lawry's seasoning salt. Wrap in foil and bake until done. Skin and debone. Prepare stuffing mix, omitting butter. Spread dressing in a buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Cook broccoli and drain. Place broccoli over dressing in pan. Layer chicken over top of broccoli. Combine soups, evaporated milk and mayonnaise. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle dry bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese over top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until good and hot completely through.
