NEVER FAIL CHESS PIE 
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cornmeal
Pinch of salt
1/4 c. melted butter
4 tbsp. cream or canned milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon extract
10 inch unbaked pie crust

Combine eggs, sugar, cornmeal, salt, and melted butter, cream and extract. Blend well before pouring into unbaked crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
