NUTRITIOUS POPPIN' FRESH COOKIES 
2 1/4 c. flour
2 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. quick cooking oats
6 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. peanut butter

Bake at 350 degrees. Soft and moist.

I have been making theses cookies for over 30 years. My youngest who is 25 daughter just asked for the recipe. She and her older sister are going to make them this weekend. Instead of chopped nuts I use sunflower seeds.These are so good you can't just eat one. So make sure you have a glass of milk ready.

I got this recipe in a bag of Pillsbury flour many years ago. They are a family favorite and are made frequently. I have made copies of the original recipe as it has become tattered and torn. Can't eat just one.
