TINY CHESS PIES 
Your favorite pie crust
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. undiluted milk or thick cream
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. raisins

Line twelve 3 inch tins with pie crust. Add gradually to butter, mixing until creamy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add rest of the ingredients. Fill the unbaked shells with raisin mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven 40-50 minutes or until filling is firm.
