1/2 c. salad oil 1/4 c. vinegar 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2-3 lb. beef round or sirloin (cut into 1" cubes) Onions, cut into lg. pieces Green peppers, cut into lg. pieces Combine first 6 ingredients. Add meat. Marinate for several hours. Put meat, onions and green peppers on skewers. Cook over charcoal fire until done, basting with marinade while cooking. |
