SEA LEGS CASSEROLE 
8 oz. noodles, cooked & drained, use more if desired
1-2 pkgs. sea legs, cut up
2 pkgs. Alfredo sauce, by directions on pkg.
1/4 c. celery, diced
1/4 c. onion, diced
Mushrooms (opt.)
Peas (opt.)
Water chestnuts (opt.)
Cheese, shredded

May substitute cream of mushroom soup for Alfredo sauce.

Cook noodles according to directions. Drain. Cut sea legs to bite size pieces. Prepare sauce. Toss celery and onion with noodles. Mix in sea legs. Cover with sauce. Top with cheese. Cover noodles thoroughly with sauce. Cover. Heat in microwave 5 minutes on medium.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
