CASHEW COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. sour cream
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. broken cashews

FROSTING:

1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. milk
2 c. powdered sugar

Cream butter and brown sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Stir in sour cream and cashews. Drop onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Frosting: Combine ingredients. Ice each cookie. Place a cashew on top of each for garnish.
