Cashew Nut Cookies
   #83388
 Patricia Thomas (Connecticut) says:
I would add 1 cashew half on top of a little dollop of melted caramel: 1/4 cup heavy cream, 24 caramels unwrapped. Place in double boiler or microwave and heat until melted. DO NOT BOIL. Drop about 1/2 tsp. of mixture on cookie and place cashew half on it and let set and cool. Keep in a cool and airtight canister.
