CASHEW COOKIES 
2 c. Bisquick
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 c. butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. salted cashews, chopped or halves

FROSTING:

1/3 c. butter
3 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. milk

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease cookie sheet. Stir together baking mix, brown sugar, sour cream, butter, egg and vanilla. Stir in cashews. Drop on cookie sheet by rounded teaspoons. Bake 12-15 minutes. Cool completely. Then frost.

For frosting, heat butter until delicate brown. Cool. Stir in powdered sugar. Stir in vanilla and milk, beat until frosting is smooth and a spreadable consistency.
