CASHEW NUT COOKIES 
1 c. melted butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. finely ground cashew nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. milk
2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits, melted
1 c. ground pecans for dipping

Sift dry ingredients together and set aside. Cream butter and sugar, add vanilla, milk, ground cashews and flour. Mix well and shape into small balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Spread each cookie with melted chocolate and dip the end into ground pecans.
