LONG KEEPING SLAW 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. mustard seed
1 head cabbage
1 lg. mango
1 med. onion

Combine first 5 ingredients and cook. Shred cabbage, chop onion and mango. Pour dressing over cabbage and other vegetables. Let stand overnight before serving. Will last indefinitely.
