ORIENTAL VEGIE STIR-FRY 
1 tomato, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 sm. summer squash, diced
1 onion, diced
1 pkg. frozen peas & carrots
Handful of mung bean sprouts
Handful of chow mein noodles
1 tbsp. butter
Soy sauce to taste

In large teflon skillet, melt butter. Add veggies, sprouts, noodles and soy sauce and cook to desired doneness. (Half-cooked preserves some of the beneficial qualities of vegetables. While over-cooking destroys the vitamins.)
