TURKEY AND VEGE STIR - FRY 
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4-1/2 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 c. julienne-cut turkey
1 c. thinly sliced carrots
1/2 med. onion, thinly sliced
4 oz. can mushroom pieces & stems, drained
2 c. diagonally sliced broccoli
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. soy sauce
Vegetable oil
1 c. chicken broth
Chow mein noodles or rice

In large skillet or wok, stir fry turkey in small amount of oil until turkey is white. In medium bowl, combine sugar, cornstarch, ginger and soy sauce; mix well. Add turkey and stir to coat. Let stand 15 minutes at room temperature to marinate. Lightly stir fry carrots and broccoli; add broth, cover and cook 2 minutes. Add turkey and soy sauce mixture; stir gently over medium heat. Add onion; stir fry about 1 minute. Add mushrooms; stir fry until mixture is hot. Serve over noodles or hot cooked rice.
