1 (14 oz.) pkg. chop suey vegetables 1 lb. cut up boneless chicken breast or med. shelled deveined shrimp Oil for frying (peanut oil preferred) 1 pkg. Frieda's fresh Chinese noodles Hot cooked rice Soy sauce Stir fry all ingredients in hot oil until just cooked. Add 1 cooked and drained package of Frieda's Fresh Chinese Noodles. Stir fry briefly to blend all ingredients. Season with soy sauce. Serve over cooked rice. A fast and low cost meal! |
