CHICKEN FRANCOIS 
8 oz. pkg. extra wide egg noodles
9 oz. frozen French style green beans
16 oz. plain yogurt
8 oz. mayonnaise
1/2 c. white wine
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. dry dill weed (optional)
1 tsp. garlic powder
Dash of pepper
6 chicken breasts
2 pkgs. of slivered almonds
1/2 to 2/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Boil chicken breasts, discard skin, and break or shred into bite size pieces. Cook noodles and beans separately according to directions. Make sauce: yogurt, mayonnaise, wine, seasonings. Blend well by hand or mixer.

In this order: layer 1/2 each of noodles, beans, chicken, almonds, Parmesan cheese and sauce. Press/pat sauce down lightly with the back of large spoon or spatula to get sauce through mixture. Repeat layer. Once again press sauce down lightly. Bake covered in corning ware dish or baking dish at 350 degrees for about an hour. Serves 4 to 6.
