PINEAPPLE CREAM CAKE | |
2 eggs 1/2 c. Crisco 2 c. sugar Blend. 2 c. all-purpose flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt Add flour mixture to creamed mixture together with a 16-ounce can crushed pineapple plus juice; mix well. Use a 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. ICING: 8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese 1/2 stick butter 2 c. sifted powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Mix until creamy and ice cake. |
