PINEAPPLE-WHIP CREAM CAKE 
1 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla flavoring
5 eggs
2 1/2 c. cake flour
1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk

Cream Crisco, sugar, add flavoring, add beat eggs. Mix well - add dry ingredients, alternate with milk. Beat for 5 minutes - pour batter into two 10 inch or three 8 inch pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

ICING:

3 (20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) - (1/2 pt.) whipping cream
