BLACK BEAN AND CORN SALSA 
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained
1 sweet onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
1/2 cup prepared Ranch dressing (HIDDEN VALLEY® or Kraft)
1 fresh jalapeno, finely diced (optional)

Mix all together well, cover with Saran or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or until cold.

Serve with chips or as a side salad.
