“DEVILED PECANS” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  EASY BITTERSWEET SAUCE

DEVILED PECANS 
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder (opt.)
salt, to taste
1 c. pecan halves
cayenne pepper, to taste

Heat oven to 350°F.

Place butter in skillet; add Worcestershire sauce and blend as butter melts. Add pecans, garlic powder, salt and cayenne. Stir and toss until nuts are well-coated.

Roast until nuts are well coated in oven for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain on paper towels. (Note: Be sure to roast at low heat and do not allow the nuts to become too brown.)
