DEVILED PECAN BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can deviled ham
1 tbsp. chopped pimiento
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
3/4 tsp. paprika
2 to 4 drops of hot sauce
2 c. pecans, chopped

Combine first 3 ingredients, blending well. Stir in remaining ingredients except pecans. Chill 2 hours. Divide cheese mixture in half, and shape into 2 balls; roll in pecans. Serve with crackers. Yield: 2 cheese balls.
