MICRO HOT DEVILED PECANS 
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. pecan halves
1/2 tsp. Sauer's seasoning salt
1/2 tsp. Sauer's chili powder
1/4 tsp. Sauer's ground cumin
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. Sauer's ground cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Place butter in a 9 inch microwave at high (100%) power 30 to 45 seconds or until butter is melted. Stir in remaining ingredients; mix well. Microwave at high (100%) power 2 to 3 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time, or until pecans are lightly toasted.

Spoon onto paper towels, cool.

Store in tightly closed container. Makes 1 cup.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
