FRESH BLUEBERRY PIE 
4 c. blueberries, washed and drained
1/4 c. cold water
5 tbsp. flour
Pinch of salt

Make a smooth paste from last 3 ingredients. Boil 1 cup berries with a cup of sugar and 1/2 cup water. Add flour paste. Stir until thickened. Remove from stove and cool. When cool. Add the 3 remaining cups of fresh blueberries. Put into 9 inch baked pie crust. Refrigerate until cool. Top with whipped cream. Great pie! Easy to make!
