FRESH BLUEBERRY PIE | |
9-inch double pastry crust 1 qt. fresh blueberries 1 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. flour 1 c. sugar Dash of salt 2 tbsp. lemon juice Wash and drain berries. Blend flour with sugar and salt. Drizzle lemon juice over berries, then sprinkle rest of sugar mixture over top. Dot with butter and top with crust. Bake 12-15 minutes at 450 degrees, then reduce heat to 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes longer. |
