LOIS KORZI'S FRESH BLUEBERRY PIE 
2 pie crusts
4 c. blueberries
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. tapioca
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. butter

Arrange one pie crust in deep pie pan. Put half of berries into crust and sprinkle with tapioca. Mix flour and sugar and add half of mixture to ingredients in pan. Add remaining berries and sprinkle with lemon juice then remaining flour, sugar mixture. Dot with butter and add top crusts. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes then reduce heat to 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
