FRESH BLUEBERRY PIE 
1 c. flour
Pinch salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. blueberries plus 1 c.

Combine flour, salt and 2 tablespoons sugar. Work in butter with fingers and mix in vinegar. Press mixture into 9 inch pie pan, spreading it up the sides. Combine 3/4 cup sugar, flour, cinnamon and 2 cups blueberries. Pour into crust. Bake at 400 degrees, 1 hour. Remove hot pie from oven and immediately sprinkle with 1 cup blueberries. Cool. This crust is simple and good for other type of pies also.
