FRESH BLUEBERRY PIE 
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. cold milk

Sift sugar, flour, and salt into bowl. Mix oil and milk together until cloudy and pour over the flour mixture. Mix with fork until the flour is blended. Press into pie pan and prick crust thoroughly. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-13 minutes. Cool and fill.

FILLING:

4 c. blueberries
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. water
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. blackberry Jello
1 tbsp. butter

Combine 1 cup berries with sugar, water, and cornstarch in a pan and cook until thickened. Add salt, lemon juice, Jello and butter. Stir and cool. Put remaining 3 cups of berries into cooled, baked crust. Cover with cooked blueberry filling. Top with whipped topping.
