DEVILED PECAN CHEESE BALL 
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can deviled ham
1 tbsp. chopped pimentos
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes (optional)
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 to 4 drops hot sauce
2 c. chopped pecans or little less

Combine first 3 ingredients, blending well. Stir in remaining ingredients, except pecans. Chill at least 2 hours. Shape into 2 balls. Roll in pecans. Serve with crackers.
