1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. lemon pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. paprika

Combine all ingredients in bowl. Then store in air tight container. Use this as a coating when frying or baking fish. You can use this by itself or dip fish in milk or buttermilk first.
