DEEP FRIED FISH 
3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. white vinegar

Cut fish in pieces and pat dry; then dust with flour. Sift dry ingredients. Stir in water to make a thick batter. Then add vinegar and stir. Fry in 375 degree fat until golden brown. Dry on paper towels.
