1/2 med. cabbage head, grated
2 tbsp. onion, grated
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
Mayonnaise & mustard to taste
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. vinegar (optional)

Mix well and chill.
