CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 sm. onion, minced
1 pkg. frozen Tator Tots
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom, diluted with 1/2 can of water
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
Unsalted potato chips
Salt and pepper (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground chuck, add onions. Cook until onions are opaque. Lightly grease bottom of casserole dish. Line bottom with Tator Tots. Continue layering with ground chuck, cheese, corn and cream of mushroom soup. Use all ingredients up until dish is nearly full. Top off with crushed chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Time will vary with each oven. Serve with a green salad or green vegetables. Serves 4.
