BBQ MARINATED FLAT IRON STEAK

MARINADE:

1/2 cup Dijon mustard (or spicy brown mustard of choice)
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp. grated ginger

In mixing bowl, combine mustard, soy sauce, and grated ginger. Seal steak in Ziploc bag along with marinade, and coat steak all over. Allow steak to marinate in refrigerator for at least an hour, and up to four if time allows.

Remove steak from bag, and place on hot barbecue grill for 4 to 7 minutes per side (depending on thickness).

Remove, and allow the steak to sit for 4 minutes. Slice steak into thin slices, serve and enjoy a great inexpensive steak!!
