This is a fantastic marinade. Must admit a few things. Used ginger but it was ground powder ginger and I marinaded my shark steak overnight and cooked in pan. Can't wait to try it in broiler or on grill with the fresh ginger. KUDOS to this...I ove it!

Best marinade!!! The only thing I changed was I used 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce. I also let meat marinate for a total of 4 hours and I just added bread crumbs and place in stove in grease to cook. Awesome meal!

Loved this marinade so much, we are now going to use it for our family's Christmas dinner. Made it exactly as shown, but marinaded about 2 hours. Give it a try, you won't regret it.

Easy recipe, most flavorful marinade I've ever tasted. My husband tore the shark steak up, said it tasted like filet mignon. I loved the recipe too. I'm not a big fish eater, but this made eating fish taste great! Thank you for sharing.
