BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) boxes chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs, beaten
1 onion, chopped
Salt & pepper
1 c. sharp grated cheese
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix, herb seasoned

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain well. Combine soup, mayonnaise, eggs, onions, salt and pepper. Add to broccoli. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. pour melted butter over cheese. Spread stuffing on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until top is brown.
