BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 boxes frozen, chopped broccoli
1 egg
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 med. onion, diced
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 bag Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing

Cook broccoli as directed on package; drain. In a 2 quart casserole dish, mix broccoli, egg, soup, mayonnaise, and onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Pour melted butter on top of cheese. Sprinkle on stuffing. Cook at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
