BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
2 eggs
1 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. onion
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick butter
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing

Cook frozen broccoli. Beat the eggs; add together eggs, mayonnaise, onion, cheese, soup. Mix with broccoli. Sprinkle Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix over top. Drizzle melted butter over stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
