CHRIS' BROCCOLI DELUXE CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. carrot, grated
1 tbsp. onion, grated
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook broccoli and drain. Blend soup and flour. Add sour cream, carrot, onion, salt and pepper. Add this to the broccoli and stir gently until mixed well. Place in a 2 quart greased casserole. Combine stuffing mix and butter and sprinkle over the casserole. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Serves 4-6.
