2 pkgs. lime Jello
2 c. boiling water
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. grated onion
2 c. grated cucumbers (3)
1 c. mayonnaise

Dissolve Jello in water and vinegar; cool until slightly thickened. Mix cucumbers, salt and onion; drain. Beat Jello until fluffy; then fold in mayonnaise and cucumbers. Lightly oil Jello mold and pour mixture in mold. Let set until firm. (I use food processor to do cucumbers and onion.)
