LEMON LIME CUCUMBER SALAD | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello 2 c. boiling water 1 c. mayonnaise 1 sm. carton sour cream 1 med. size cucumber, grated, skin & seeds removed 1 med. size onion, peeled & grated Dissolve both packages of Jello in the 2 cups of boiling water. Blend thoroughly and set aside for about 15 minutes (do not put into refrigerator). Add remaining ingredients and blend well with electric mixer or by hand. Pour into ring mold or square pan and chill until firm. Can be prepared a day or 2 in advance. If serving in ring mold, olives can be served in center of mold on a bed of chopped leaves. |
