FRENCH ALMOND COOKIES 
2 sticks butter
2 eggs
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 c. white sugar
1 tbsp. honey
3 to 3 1/2 c. plain flour

Mix and shape into small balls. Place small ball far apart (must be far apart or will run together). Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown about 10 minutes.
