RICE AND GREEN CHILIES 
4 c. cooked rice (regular)
2 (8 oz.) cartons commercial sour cream
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz.) can whole green chilies, seeded & cut into strips

Combine rice, sour cream and salt. Stir well. Spoon half into a buttered 10"x6"x2" baking dish. Layer half the cheeses and half the green chilies on top. Repeat layers with other half. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until heated and cheese is melted.
